The coffee beans used at Michel’s are unique, and unlike other roasters, Michel’s do not just buy their beans from Bean Brokers. Michel’s go direct to coffee farms in places like Brazil and India. The management and training staff at Michel’s Espresso are highly experienced and are recognised in the coffee industry as being leaders in the field. Our dedicated baristas who make great coffee at Michel’s stores all around the country, are trained at the Michel’s Espresso Academy. The Michel’s Espresso Academy is an in-house training facility whereby skills are taught in accordance to the world’s best practices using sophisticated equipment like the Spectrophotometer for precise and consistent roast flavour development.
